I’m Sheryl, an end-of-life doula & coach.
An end-of-life doula is a trained, non-medical professional who provides emotional, spiritual, and practical support to individuals - and often their families - as they navigate matters related to death and dying.
Sometimes clients have had a life-limiting diagnosis, sometimes they are ageing and want to consider options, and sometimes they are simply ‘putting things in order’ and have expanded that to include not just the essential paperwork but also considerations of healthcare decisions, end-of-life care options, and wishes.
Wherever you are on the journey, I help you navigate the tough conversations and practical considerations. You don’t know what you don’t know, and I can help fill in the blanks.

If you’re ready to begin, or simply curious, I welcome the conversation.
